I am a certified yoga/movement teacher and nutrition coach with thousands of hours of coaching experience 


I help busy people to:

As a yoga instructor, I teach:

  • traditional Hatha yoga;

  • Vinyasa yoga;

  • Thai yoga;

  • prenatal and postnatal yoga.

My classes are a unique and balanced mix of yoga postures, mobility, flexibility and strength movements, practiced mindfully with the breathing techniques that support your current goal.
