Each session is designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. The practice focuses on mobility, stability, and safe strength development — helping you move with ease, reduce discomfort, and prepare for childbirth or postpartum recovery.

Investment:
– Single session: 2,000 THB
– 10-session program (valid 5 weeks): 17,000 THB
